1 When will my order ship?

All the items are handmade to your orders, we will do our best to fast the processing time. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. The order usually will be shipped in 1 - 5 business days. In seasonal busy times, you’ll be announced for details.

For custom or personalized order, it will spend more time. Please contact us: info@ampearlbeads.com for further communication.

For wholesale order, the production process would be probably took 4-6 weeks.

3 How do I check my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number after we have shipped your order. You can check your order when you receive the tracking number.

4 What can delay my order?

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for any import taxes and duties imposed by your country when your local customs office contact with you for the taxes & duties, which can also delay your order.

5 What are my shipping options?

Normally, the items will be shipped by EMS.

6 I entered a wrong shipping address, what can I do?

You can contact us by info@ampearlbeads.com within two hours of purchase, we maybe able to change the address if it hasn't been sent out. If it has been sent out, you should contact your local post office for second deliver before delivering. Please note: You are responsible for the second deliver cost. It would be returned if the deliver address could not be changed finally. You are responsible for the return cost. Please note you are responsible for the loss under the condition the item is missing on the wrong deliver.

7 I did not receive my package, what should I do?

We are so sorry about that and apologize. Please track the status of your shipment first . If something is still missing, please contact us info@ampearlbeads.com immediately.

8 Can you send me a photo of my order before it ships? Can I choose my stone?

We are glad to send you a photo of my order before it ships. Please feel free to choose your favorite stone in the shop. If you have any questions, please contact us info@ampearlbeads.com for help.

9 Can I return my items if I have used them?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, you can not return your items if you have used them.

10 TAXES & DUTIES.

Please note: You are responsible for any import taxes and duties imposed by your country. This is not included in the price.

11 Why does the item or bead look different to the pictures on the website?

We take the pictures under professional studio lights and enlarge the items. The goal is to show the natural beauty of beads. This makes the bead truly unique and special. Depending on your PC/cellphone monitor screen, the colors of the stones may be slightly different than the pictures.

12 How about the quality of the bead I receive?

The bead are designed with great craft which is semiprecious with nice quality. As the nature beads are made with raw crystals then certain irregularities may be present, such as texture variations, small nicks or natural inclusions running through them, these should be seen as characteristic of the natural materials, not as flaws.

13 How do I pay for the order? 

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.
