The following items can’t be returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders.

Items on sale.

Earring for hygiene reasons.

Conditions of Return:

All items must be returned unworn in the original packing. Postage (shipping fees) and adequate insurance is the responsibility of customer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact us first to get return instructions before sending anything back! I’d be grateful for your understanding.
